Gary DeBoer Community Association Manager
He is a member of CAI (Community Association Institute) and is enrolled in the Professional Community Association Manager program. Gary has been a Property Manager for eighteen years and manages ten multi-family communities in the Puget Sound area.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from San Jose State University. Gary’s portfolio of single family homes, condominium units and smaller multiplex properties and homeowners’ associations is impressive.
His nineteen years of retail management has prepared him for the complex tasks of working with homeowners, tenants and developers. Gary has taken extensive course work in the area of real property, financial management and communication and decision making for Homeowner associations. He is a master at problem solving and assisting a community to implement their declaration and by laws.
