Linda Toy – Community Association Manager
Linda has been a Property Manager for six years. She has taken courses from CAI in the areas of Financial Management, Community Leadership, Facilities Management, The Essentials of Community Association Management, and Community Governance. She continues to attend classes and workshops that are offered on relevant topics of community management. Linda acquired her Washington State Real Estate License in the early 90’s. Linda currently manages seven associations. Linda has a background in sales and training and she interfaces well with owners, and boards. She is personable, efficient and promptly follows through on all tasks.
