I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, and spent 13 years in the Army in the communications field. I just moved back from Florida, where I was a licensed real estate agent and did both commercial and land lease property management. I am an Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) candidate and am currently taking classes to become a Certified Property Manager (CPM). I am also a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and taking classes there to do HOA management. I am a licensed real estate agent in the state of Washington.
