Community Association Manager

Teresa has been a Real Estate Agent for sixteen years in the state of Washington working exclusively with New Home Builders and Land Developers in the Puget Sound area. She has assisted in the management of the construction of single family homes, condominiums and the development of land into single family plats or condominium projects. She has expertise in contractor management, dealing with the Counties and Cities, local utility companies and insurance companies. She has worked with attorneys and developers setting up and establishing Homeowner Associations for each community. Having conducted the transition meetings to the new homeowners she is very familiar with the needs of a Homeowners Association.

She is a member of Community Association Institute (CAI) and is enrolled in the Professional Community Association Manager program. She has completed the Essentials of Community Association Management acquiring the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations? (CMCA?) through CAI. She is currently working on her Real Estate Broker designation as well as obtaining essential continuing education to maintain her Real Estate license in the state of Washington.
