Steve had been in property management since 1973, and has managed all types of income producing properties. He received his Certified Property Manager (CPM?) designation in 1976. He supervised the property management division of a 19 branch company, before going off on his own. He then helped to sell limited partnerships in real estate investments, both here and in Phoenix. MacPhersons bought the company he was with, and he has been here since 1986. Steve is also a licensed real estate broker, and has experience in investment listing and sales. Steve is, and has been since 1986, the General Manager of MacPherson?s Property Management, Inc.
