Linda has been a Property Manager for nine years. She has completed courses from CAI in the areas of Finance, Legal Issues of Community Associations, Facilities Management, and Overview of Community Management, and Community Governance. She continues to attend classes and workshops offered by CAI on relevant topics of community management. Linda acquired her Washington State Real Estate License in the early 90?s. Linda manages community associations and single family homes and condominiums. Linda has a background in sales and training and she interfaces well with homeowners, and boards. She is personable, efficient and is responsive to Board and homeowner issues.
