Jana Zaffarano - Community Association ManagerI have 18 years experience as a Community Association Manager along with 20 years of construction management experience. I am very knowledgeable in contract administration as well as skilled in training on-site personnel. I take pride in managing a portfolio which contains Associations that have stayed with me for as long as 10 years. I am a very detail oriented, organized and efficient Community Association Manager. As a Contract Administrator for a major Developer in the area, I coordinated the construction schedules for the department as well as solicited bids from vendors and subcontractors to submit to the Project Managers for review. While working in the Land Development Division for the same Developer I was instrumental in the process of transitioning single family communities from the Developer to the Homeowners Association. Community Association ManagerTeresa is the fifth generation of her family born in Arlington, Texas. Having relocated to the Seattle area 24 years ago and putting down roots, she and her family call the Puget Sound area their home. Obtaining her Real Estate license shortly after moving to the area, she has worked in different fields of Real Estate for the past 24 years and has remained loyal with the same MacPherson family. The first 2 years in Real Estate sales and then joined the team in MacPherson's Builder Services division for 16 years before moving into the Community Association Management division 7 years ago.
