He coaches the Girl’s Flag Football Team at Bishop Blanchet High School currently. Go Bears!

Andrea Ramos
Director of Operations
Andrea Ramos moved to Seattle in 2003 and started her career in insurance sales before she founded and ran the healthy fast-food company, GFF, now called Wonderbowl. She started from scratch in her own kitchen in 2012. Her introduction to property management was leasing out her own home, as a tenant in a commercial commissary kitchen and then building her own commercial commissary kitchen in South Seattle out of a converted fortune cookie factory. She found tenants that were a good fit for the kitchen and shared the space well with her growing business operations. She learned that finding the right balance of rent and fit was essential to success. After her businesses were acquired in 2019, she set her sights on a new industry.
In 2021 she was hired by MacPherson’s to help modernize and run the company with an eye on efficiency, productivity, and long-term growth. Just as she had her own food business, the entrepreneur in her searched for the best way to get things accomplished. This has all come true for MacPherson’s as she has been the catalyst behind the restructuring of the Property Management and Corporate divisions. She has a BA from Arizona State University and an EMBA from Quantic. She enjoys hot yoga, cooking, and traveling to any place with sunshine near a beach. She lives in north Seattle with her two children and husband.

She is an active member and educator for RHAWA (Rental Housing Association of WA).

She lives in Lake Stevens with her husband of 21 years and they have 6 children.
