• Why am I considering switching HOA management companies?

• Do I need more expertise and experience from my HOA management company?

  MacPherson’s Community Management has a very skilled staff of association managers with the knowledge and experience to manage your HOA and condominium association in a professional and timely manner. Here is what sets us apart from other companies in the management business.

• What services are included with my MacPherson’s Community Management plan?

  • Years of experience, training and knowledge to manage your HOA and condominium association.

  • Communication between the HOA board and your association manager is key. We are always available via phone and email.

• What is the best way to get answers to individual questions going forward about all of this?

  Please email infoHOA@macphersonspm.com with any specific questions not covered here. Your designated community managers can also be an asset, but remember they are busy working with your neighbors, vendors, boards and projects. We have multiple administrative people capable of answering the procedural questions at infoHOA@macphersonspm.com

• What if I don’t want to use the portal?

  That is ok. We are still here to help if you call the office (425) 747-5900 or mail payments, if it just a faster response in real time using the portal. We have continued to process all your payments as soon as we get them, but given the state lock down, are doing it with far less people in the building. We just want you to be aware of the new system we are implementing to make the management of your communities even better, more efficient, secure and seamless. We truly are honored to be your Community Management partner and feel that these new tools will help us be even better.

• Why are our payments going to Las Vegas?

  Las Vegas is the most disaster proof place in the United States. They do not have fires, floods, earthquakes, tornadoes etc. This allows for the least opportunity for disruption in payment processing. Additionally, utilizing this secure facility allows for processing of your payment much faster as it is all automated.

• Where do I mail my payment?

  Please mail your physical checks and coupons to:

  Please include your name and address. Additionally, new coupons have been issued for your use. In that mailing includes envelopes with the new address on it. They also have your account number registered and a barcode that assure our new system processes every single one quickly, correctly and securely.

• It is asking for the Management Company ID.

  The Management Company ID for Credit Card and E-check payments is 7641.
